Very suitable and peaceful location including a train station close to the place. Located near restaurants and bars. Fully-equipped rooms and tastefully decorated with high ceiling, modern shower plus an iron.

we got big and silent queen room with a good bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture.

missingWrote a review on 16 Novnoisy air conditioningmissing toilet paper
The air conditioning was unbearably noisy, and I had to request basic toilet paper! I can't believe I didn't receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. Breakfast was a great letdown too. I almost gave a good review, but with all these issues, i just couldn't.

The staff are excellent, he realized that i was going alone and 1st time in Prague, he gave me informations abt the sightseeing/ tour/ restaurant/ transport... Room is big and tidy, wifi signal is very good, bathroom also clean & with big mirror. Everything is fine and i do had a pleasant stay there.
breakfast buffet is good but it could be improved by more diff choices of food. around 18mins walk to old town square, for me early in the morning is ok, but at night, sometimes it's tired after long day. However there's nearby metro, only midnight u may hv to use other transportation.

rooms were greatly refurbished, very confi beds, good breakfast, rooms are generally very beautifulI loved the internal courtyard, loved the quiet location as well
yes, the fact that I had an amount blocked on my card as guarantee prior to the arrival - which is fine - but when I left the hotel another amount was taken against the total bill and now after some days I STILL have the initial money blocked on my card. This is very unpleasant, you should find a solution for it in future

Located in a quiet area close to major sights, the spacious and stylish room offered great comfort. Breakfast showcased fresh local options, and the friendly staff stood out, though the on-site parking comes at an extra cost. A pleasant experience with room for improvement in service flexibility.

The room was large and clean. The location of the hotel is also very convinient if you have business trip. There are tram and metro station near hotel. It takes only 10-15 minites to the centre of city on foot.

The location - edge of New and Old Town - was great! We were near city center, but away from tourists and crowd. There were plenty of good restaurants at the surrounding neighborhood. Near the metro - Florenc. Our room was clean enough. Small hotel, so not many guests. Small breakfast, though not varied, was hearty and interesting.
Staff could have had more smiles when talking to guests. The hot water was shared! So several morning at 0800hrs, we didn't have hot water to shower, because many of the guests were using the water. That was not acceptable.

Location was just perfect for us: not on the tourist main path however to the Old Town Square just 10-15 min on foot. Room was clean and faced to back yard. Breakfast was fair.
Asked to chang a lightbulb in my room as one was gone, hotel staff didn't find a time to do so in all 5 days we satyed there.

My experience was marred by the poorly maintained bathroom. I found the shower cap had mold on it, and after notifying the reception, nothing changed. The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited vegetarian options and items that were not replenished promptly, leaving us disappointed.
